During an interview with E! News at the opening of Universal Epic Universe in Orlando, Cousins joked about shirtless photos of Kelce in Miami, saying:

The viral snapshots showed the Kansas City Chiefs tight end flaunting his furry physique during a sun-soaked workout on May 21. Cousins, 36, laughed it off, crediting “genetics” and adding:
