WME and Group Effort Initiative are teaming up once again to launch the latest NXT Industry Sessions. This free virtual program aims to ‘democratize access to the entertainment industry by providing industry insights and networking opportunities,’ according to the agency. Scheduled from October 27 to November 21, it will feature a diverse lineup of speakers from across the media landscape.
Program Highlights
The NXT Industry Sessions promise an engaging array of activities including case studies, quizzes, an industry terminology handbook, and live Q&As. Participants will have a unique chance to interact directly with entertainment industry executives, gaining firsthand insight and guidance.
Star-Studded Lineup
While the complete list of speakers hasn’t been disclosed, one headline-grabbing name is confirmed: Group Effort co-founder Ryan Reynolds. His involvement is likely to draw significant attention and buzz among attendees.
“Group Effort Initiative has always been about opening doors for people who haven’t traditionally had access to this industry,” said Sumi Parekh, executive director of Group Effort Initiative. “NXT extends that mission, and we’re proud to partner with WME to help the next generation of storytellers see themselves in this business and build real careers.”
