Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler’s tumultuous romance will rage on with an upcoming Yellowstone spinoff series.
The Saga Continues
Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser, who have brought Beth and Rip to life since Yellowstone hit screens in 2018, are set to reunite after the main series concluded in December 2024. The pair will reprise their roles in a new show that remains untitled but has already been referred to as Dutton Ranch in casual conversations.
\\”Well, first of all, it’s not Dutton Ranch. That’s not the name of it,\\” Hauser explained in a May 2025 interview with Fox News Digital, pointing out that the show’s title is still under wraps.

As for what fans can expect, Hauser teased, \\”We can expect the same that we’ve been doing for the last seven years. Kelly and I going and working our ass off trying to create something special.\\”
New Beginnings and Familiar Faces
The series finale of Yellowstone saw Beth and Rip relocating to a smaller ranch in Montana with their adopted son, Carter, played by Finn Little. The spinoff will delve into their newfound lifestyle away from the Dutton clan’s drama. Yet, with Beth involved, chaos is never far behind.
The official series logline highlights that Beth and Rip are \\”grateful for peace\\” after enduring so much for their 7,000-acre ranch. However, with challenges ahead, they are prepared to fight for survival while nurturing Carter into maturity.
Star-Studded Cast in the Sheridan Universe
The spinoff, part of Taylor Sheridan’s expanding TV universe, welcomes several notable actors. Annette Bening was announced as the first addition to the cast in August 2025, embodying Beulah Jackson, a commanding and charismatic figure leading a massive Texas ranch.
In September 2025, Ed Harris joined the ensemble as Everett McKinney, a kind-hearted veteran and veterinarian with a sharp sense of humor. Jai Courtney will also star as Rob-Will, an intimidating and unpredictable foreman.
Exciting New Additions
Further casting news arrived in October 2025. Natalie Alyn Lind signed on as Oreana, a striking young woman with a free spirit. Marc Menchaca will portray Zachariah, a recently freed convict seeking a fresh start as a cowboy.
The charming Juan Pablo Raba steps in as Joaquin, an effective problem-solver at a large ranch, while JR Villarreal will play Azul, Rip’s steadfast right-hand man and a skilled wrangler.
Set for Release
The series is slated for release on Paramount+ in 2026, with fans eagerly awaiting its official title and premiere date.
