Larsa Pippen and Kim Kardashian.
La La Anthony had a playful exchange with Andy Cohen on the Sunday, May 25 episode of Watch What Happens Live, when Cohen pressed her on the current status of Larsa Pippen’s relationship with the Kardashian circle.
Cohen, 56, kicked off the exchange with a straightforward question:
“Do you still see Larsa Pippen?”
Anthony, 45, answered candidly:
“I haven’t seen her in a while. Probably, like, I don’t know — a year maybe. I don’t go to Miami a lot. She’s mostly in Miami and I don’t go there a lot.”
But Cohen wasn’t done.
“Is she still in the Kim K. universe?” he asked, referring to Pippen’s formerly close relationship with Kim Kardashian.
Anthony playfully hushed herself and whispered:
“I don’t see her,” before bursting into laughter and teasing Cohen:
“You’re kind of messy… You just do it with such a straight face.”
Cohen quipped back with his signature humor:
“Have you ever met me? … I like to know.”
His questions referenced the long-standing rumors of a rift between Pippen, 50, and the Kardashian family. Back in April 2020, eagle-eyed fans noticed that Kim, 44, and her sisters had unfollowed Pippen on Instagram — sparking rumors of a falling-out.
Later that year, Pippen addressed the situation on the Hollywood Raw podcast, suggesting that Kanye West, Kim’s then-husband, may have contributed to the strain:
“If Kanye feels like him and Kim are better without me, then let them be without me. I’m OK with that… I will survive.”
Sources told Us Weekly at the time that Kim and her family were “unbothered” by the remarks.
Tensions surfaced again in December 2021 during the premiere of The Real Housewives of Miami Season 4, where Pippen alluded to the feud:
“People thought I couldn’t make it without some old friends. I’m great. I just basically want to, like, live my best life, have fun, do whatever I want unapologetically.”
A throwback photo of her and Kim appeared on screen as she made the comment.
However, by early 2022, Pippen had a more positive tone. Speaking to Us Weekly, she shared:
“I feel like we’re in a really good place. You know, I feel like there was a lot of miscommunication at the time. We’ve all apologized to each other. We’re in a really good place.”
She added:
“People have disagreements with their friends all the time. But when you’re in the public eye, it just seems way worse than it really is. In reality, maybe I could have navigated it differently. Someone else could have navigated it differently. But at this point in time, we’ve all apologized. We’re all living our best lives. We’re all focusing on our families.”
