Annie Knight
OnlyFans sensation Annie Knight finds herself entangled in a medical conundrum, seeking answers as her health challenges intensify, an ordeal that began even before her jaw dropping feat of being with 583 men in just six hours.
“One thing that has shocked me more than anything through all my health issues is how quickly doctors and specialists dismiss women’s health,” Knight, 28, vented via her Instagram Story on Tuesday, May 27.
Knight detailed the harrowing journey of bleeding and severe agony since January, stating, “I saw a specialist, he did explorative surgery and found ‘nothing wrong’ and put me on the IUD. My symptoms have not stopped since getting the IUD. I’ve called his office crying, begging for them to help me.”
The Australian influencer asserted that her agony was continually written off by doctors as mere “IUD spotting and adjustment,” though she had been experiencing these troubles months before getting the IUD.
“It’s affecting my mental health, my life, my work, and the people who love me,” she confessed.
Already engaged to Henry Brayshaw, Knight expressed frustration when a specialist connected her health woes to her recent infamous event of setting an extraordinary record. “The specialist agreed to see me again and immediately mentioned my challenge, which frustrated me as this has been going on since well before the challenge,” she disclosed.
“He then said, ‘I don’t know what’s wrong with you’ and sent me home after telling him, ‘I can’t live like this’ and begging for his help. I’ve shared this story with my close friends, and it’s very concerning how common this is.”
The dismissal hit close to home for Knight, who cited her mother’s similar struggle with being disregarded by doctors over supposed “psychosomatic” issues.
“A whole year later a doctor finally decided to order her a scan, and she had a growth the size of a grapefruit in her digestive tract,” Knight recounted gravely. “If they’d left it one more month, she would have died.”
Knight concluded her message with palpable exasperation: “I’m so sick of being dismissed and made to feel like my pain and suffering isn’t real or important.”
In a supplementary note, she clarified, “Also not that it’s anyone’s business, but I know people will say it: I have been fully tested multiple times and am negative.”
Mere days after her unprecedented feat, the OnlyFans creator revealed she had been hospitalized for medical evaluations.
“I’m not doing very well, I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge,” Knight exclusively informed Us Weekly, admitting candidly, “It was definitely a bit raw down there, and I did get a small cut.”
Knight’s body seemed to hit a wall, overwhelmed by orchestrating the event and her recent purchase of a dream home, leaving her exhausted.
She noted a worsening of her endometriosis and related hormonal imbalances, resulting in irregular and heavy periods following the challenge.
“The prognosis is good, and it looks like I’m going to have to take a week off, try and relax a little bit, sit out in the sun, just take it easy for a little while,” Knight mentioned optimistically. “But I’ll definitely be OK. I’m not letting this slow me down.”
