Elon Musk.
In a stunning and unexpected disclosure, Elon Musk is alleged to have confirmed that he fathered a child with a Japanese pop star and expressed his willingness to offer his sperm to anyone seeking to conceive, according to a report by the New York Times. This claim adds a new dimension to the already intricate personal life of the Tesla and SpaceX chief, who is reportedly a father to 14 children with four different women.
The report outlines Musk’s evolving identity in recent years, including his ties to Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, supposed substance use, and growing tension within his family. Musk, known for his candid views on population growth, reportedly told political commentator Ashley St Clair that his intent was selfless. “He framed it as if it were altruistic, that he genuinely believed these people should have children,” St Clair stated.
Requests for comment from Musk’s representatives were unanswered, and St Clair’s team also remained silent.

Musk began his parenting journey in 2002 with Canadian author Justine Wilson. Their first son, Nevada Alexander, tragically passed away at just 10 weeks. They later welcomed twins, Vivian and Griffin, and triplets, Kai, Saxon, and Damian. In 2020, Musk and artist Grimes his partner since 2018 announced the birth of their son X Æ A 12. The couple also share a daughter, Exa Dark Siderael, and another son, Techno Mechanicus.
In 2021, it emerged that Musk had fathered twins, Strider and Azure, with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis. Their daughter, Arcadia, was born in February 2024. Then in February 2025, St Clair revealed that she and Musk had welcomed a child named Romulus. Shortly afterward, Zilis reportedly gave birth to a fourth child with Musk named Seldon Lycurgus, though the exact timeline remains uncertain.
A separate investigation by the Wall Street Journal described Musk’s goal of creating a “legion-level” number of children, referencing a Roman military unit to convey the scale of his aspirations. In a message to St Clair, reportedly sent while she was pregnant, Musk said, “To reach legion level before the end of the world, surrogates will be needed.”
Romulus, their son’s name, evokes Roman mythology, where Romulus famously killed his twin brother Remus before founding Rome.
The report also suggested that Musk had used his platform, X formerly Twitter to identify potential mothers for future children. When asked about the article on April 15, Musk posted on X with a cryptic remark: “TMZ greater than WSJ.”
