Sean “Diddy” Combs remains entangled in deepening legal turmoil following emotional courtroom testimony from a former assistant, known under the pseudonym “Mia.”
Testifying on May 30, Mia revealed that Combs allegedly attempted to reach out to her multiple times after Casandra “Cassie” Ventura filed a sweeping lawsuit in November 2023, accusing him of long-term physical and sexual abuse. Mia, who worked for Combs from 2009 to 2017, told jurors she endured repeated sexual assaults and degrading treatment during her employment.
“He kept trying to contact me,” Mia recalled. “And I remember thinking, ‘Oh my God, this is never going to stop.’”
She stated that both Combs and his longtime associate D-Roc tried calling and texting her in the months following the lawsuit, with D-Roc reportedly relaying messages on Combs’ behalf. Despite efforts to avoid all contact, she later received a message from Combs in February 2024 requesting a call to “jog his memory on some things.”
“I knew those friendly messages were a facade,” Mia testified. “I wanted no contact. He was the person I was traumatized by.”
She also believed Combs feared she would reveal what she had witnessed during her years of employment.
In her testimony, Mia detailed years of alleged abuse — from Combs reportedly forcing his hand up her dress and coercing her into oral sex, to entering her bed uninvited. She is the second woman to come forward with sexual abuse allegations against the music mogul.
While Mia is not named in Combs’ sex trafficking charges, prosecutors argue her experience is part of a broader pattern of coercion, contributing to the racketeering case against him.
She also testified to witnessing Combs assault his former partner, Cassie Ventura, whose own testimony spanned four days during the first week of the trial.
