Patrick Mahomes, Adam Ray and Travis Kelce on May 31, 2025.
Travis Kelce dazzled among a constellation of stars at the famed Big Slick Celebrity Weekend in Kansas City, Missouri. On Saturday, May 31, the NFL star joined forces with fellow celebrities to support Children’s Mercy Hospital during the event’s sixteenth year.
Kelce, 35, brought his signature charm to the charity weekend alongside his brother Jason Kelce and Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. They were joined by other Kansas City–rooted celebrities such as Paul Rudd, Heidi Gardner, Rob Riggle, Jason Sudeikis, and Eric Stonestreet.
During the comedy event at the T-Mobile Center, dedicated to raising money for patients at Children’s Mercy, Kelce entertained the crowd in a stylish black Palm Angels tracksuit and matching hat. He posed playfully for photos with fellow stars and was caught on video chasing a stray football into the crowd, drawing cheers from the audience.

One standout moment included Kelce lifting actor Paul Rudd on stage in a fun gesture. He also cheered enthusiastically as Jason Kelce made a lively entrance and snapped a ball to Mahomes. Jason, who retired from the NFL in March 2024 after a celebrated career with the Philadelphia Eagles, brought his energy to the evening’s festivities.
According to The Kansas City Star, this year’s Big Slick raised over $4.5 million for the hospital, continuing the event’s legacy of generosity and community spirit.
While Travis Kelce lit up Kansas City, his girlfriend Taylor Swift made headlines on the opposite coast. On the same night, Swift was spotted in New York City enjoying an evening out with her longtime friend Selena Gomez. The two dined at The Monkey Bar, where Swift wore a sleek black dress and Gomez chose a cozy brown look layered with a coat.
Earlier that day, Swift celebrated a significant professional milestone. She announced the full reacquisition of the masters to her first six studio albums, a hard-won victory following her public dispute with music executive Scooter Braun. In a triumphant Instagram post, Swift wrote, “You belong with me,” referencing her 2008 hit. The carousel featured her surrounded by her early album covers.
Selena Gomez proudly supported Swift’s moment, sharing on Instagram Stories, “Yes you did that Tay. So proud.”
The night marked a double celebration for fans of both Swift and Kelce, showcasing two stars excelling in their respective arenas one through musical independence and the other through heartfelt charity work.
